Project Title: FABC 50 Years Anniversary – Logo & Event Branding

Client: Federation of Asian Bishops’ Conferences (FABC)

Event Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Year: 2020–2022


To mark the 50th anniversary of the Federation of Asian Bishops’ Conferences (FABC)—born from the historic gathering of Asian bishops during Pope Paul VI’s 1970 visit to Manila—I was entrusted with designing the logo and visual branding for the commemorative General Conference held in Bangkok.


The branding sought to visually express the unity of the Church in Asia, rooted in the spirit of Vatican II, while looking forward with hope, renewal, and mission. The logo design incorporated symbolic elements representing faith, communion, diversity, and the Asian continent, all rendered in a contemporary, yet ecclesial aesthetic.


Event collateral designed included:

  • Main event logo

  • Conference banners and signage

  • Printed materials (folders, delegate kits, name cards)

  • Digital assets for livestreams, presentations, and social media


The branding was developed in close collaboration with Church leadership to ensure theological alignment, cultural inclusivity, and a dignified visual identity for this milestone occasion.
